As the last year has demonstrated, for a variety of reasons, young people are not able to access education in the traditional manner. This can include a refusal to engage, anxiety, social incompatibility or even physical injury.
We aim to provide a learning programme in off-site venues which makes use of a blend of active learning and taught lessons that cover core subjects, and also include an enjoyable project-based approach to learning.
Students may then be able to come into school on a planned basis so as to enable gradual integration into the main school. We have staff especially employed to develop and coordinate the work of the students so as to ensure quality, continuity and a personalised learning programme.
